Over the Christmas period Compac will be running a reduced support and spare parts service from our New Zealand and Australian offices. During this time we will endeavour to help with any faults you may experience, however limitations on courier pickups and deliveries will reduce our ability to respond to your requests. We recommend you place orders soon for commonly used parts and consumables to ensure you can provide uninterrupted support to your customers over the holiday period. If you have a fault outside of the hours listed below you can email Tech Support or leave a message on +64 9 571 1877 and we will reply back as soon as we are in the office.
Office and factory closing times:
New Zealand - closes midday Thursday 24th December through to 10th January
Australia - closes midday Thursday 24th December through to 3rd January
India - will not close and remains operational throughout this time
