Compac Status Update: COVID-19

All Compac workplaces in New Zealand, Australian and India are in a period of partial or full shutdown due to COVID-19. As a result we would like to advise you what Compac has put in place. We will endeavour to provide as much service to our customers as possible in this challenging time. 

The following services will remain open:

  • Tech Support will be available as normal and hopefully you will see no difference in our delivery of this function. However please be advised that we will have a number of personal in this department working remotely at any one time. Any issues we face during this roll out period we will address as we experience them. 
  • Sales and Support - staff will be working remotely, but will be available as normal. In this area there will be no impact on our service. 
  • Spare Parts will be as per normal, as we consider this an essential service. However, this does not guarantee all items are in stock. Some items may become unavailable due to demand or stock availability. We will try and dispatch as quickly as possible but this is also dependant on the courier network. 

The following services will not be available:

  • Production will be closed. Unfortunately any equipment currently in production in our NZ factory, and scheduled for the next month will be impacted, and we advise that any expected dispatch dates, will move by 1 month at present. The New Zealand government has advised that the country will be in lockdown for four weeks starting 26/3/2020. We will advise you if there is any change to these dates.

We apologise for any inconvenience or disruption that this may cause, but we will endeavour to try to keep this to a minimum, wherever possible. Use the contact forms on this website and we will respond as usual. Thank you.
